Mad Hatter


I had a good time at the Texas Clown Association Convention 2016 in San Angelo, TX.  We had a mad hatter theme party so everybody had to bring an outstanding hat.  This hat was used for the table decoration competition, and I won 1st place!!!  


This could be used at a birthday party under the Alice & Wonderland theme.  Another fun idea would be balloon hats ordered to be delivered at the fun event, and people attending the party/event could be wearing detailed hats!
